Our upgraded Bed and Breakfasts are both situated in the centre of Corsica, in typical villages perched at 800m/900m. Opening your window, you’ll be charmed by the outstanding panorama, and by the comfort of your room, unlike anything else in the corsican mountains.Ideal places for outdoor activities, you can hike, make horse riding, mountainbiking all around or go swimming on the coast. Pascale and Jean François, both born here and passionately attached to their region, will guide you to meet the authentic Corsica.

On the West part of the centre of Corsica , the Casa Vanella, is situated in CASAMACCIOLI, 45 min far from CORTE, 1 hour 15 far from PORTO, at the bottom of the Monte CINTO and the Paglia Orba, 20 min far the GR20.

In a private property (1ha) Casa Vanella, overhanging Casamaccioli, will receive you in its 5 spacious ensuite rooms with an outstanding view on the main mountains of Corsica. In the morning during the copious breakfasts and by night during the dinners (« tables d’hôtes ») you will meet the fineness and creativity of the corsican home made cooking of the owner. Organic vegetables from the garden, brocciu and cheese of the vallley, charcutery, all made with the pure ancient tradition : all this products are used to let you meet the real Corsica. In front of the Monte CINTO, near natural pools of the mountain river,Golo, hiking or swimming are both possible up to the Calanches of PIANA.
There is no restaurant in the village.

On the East, the Casa Capellini, is situated at SANT’ANDREA DI BOZIO, in the “Castagniccia”, 20 min far from CORTE, 45 min to ALERIA

You can choose among 5 very comfortable en-suite rooms and you can taste a delicious cooking for gourmet dinners made with our best local products (olive oil of Balagne, honey, …) and your own production (charcuterie, vegetables and fruit from our garden).
All around in the freshness of the chestnut trees and beeches groves, among the high schist houses, you will be in a true historical village, and not far, you can even visit beautiful Romanesque chapels with splendid frescoes.

During the summer 2008, Casa Capellini will only receive the Vallecime hikers.
